Commission Info

Hello and thank you for taking your time and considering commissioning me! If you are, please click on the VGen link below to head there and commission me! I also offer them through Kofi, if that is possibly easier for you!
As you fill out your commission you'll be asked a few basic questions, but just to be sure, please remember to include the following:
• A brief description of the character or characters you'd like me to draw.
• A brief description of the pose you would like to see them in.

Please be aware, the more complicated the pose or character, outfits included, the more expensive the commission may be!
When I have received your request I will reach out to you for more information, including asking you for reference images of the characters, poses, and if you'd like any specific backgrounds you would like too! Please have them ready and available for me when I do reach out to you!

Please give up to 48 hours to hear back from me, though do be patient if you don't hear from me by then too, I will reach out to you at my earliest convenience!

All prices listed in USD. Please first go over my Terms of Service to ensure that you understand them!

Terms of Service

GENERAL
I WILL REPLY WITHIN 48 HOURS TO DISCUSS DETAILS BEFORE SENDING AN INVOICE.
I will start only after receiving references and payment.

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

PAYMENTS
All prices listed are in USD. I only accept payment upfront via VGen or through Kofi. Direct e-transfers will be considered for difficult circumstances. Half payments or payments in increments can be discussed.

I may include additional fees for commercial use.

REVISIONS
Simple revisions included. You may request to see sketches and WIPs in advance, but changes will cost extra after the coloured image is sent.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Typically 1-4 weeks, depending on your spot in my queue and the complexity of the piece. You may ask about your spot in my queue and tentative delivery date based on my estimations at the time.

Delivery will be done once the project is completed and sent as a PNG or JPEG, or any other format as requested. Additional extra deliveries, such as sketches or PSD/CSP file are available upon request.

USE
Client may use artwork for whatever they wish, be that as social media icons, banners, assets or anything else! Credit for the work when reposting is not required, but very much appreciated! If interested in Commercial use such as streaming, please state so in your request and pricing can be discussed. All commissions WILL be posted on my personal social media pages, unless agreed upon beforehand!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership of Artwork:
I retain all ownership rights to the Artwork as an artistic work, including marketing, copyright and exhibition rights.

I, ArtyAddy(the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• Promote myself with it everywhere
• Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
• Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
• Post it wherever I want

The above actions will not be done if the commissioner/buyer explicitly requests it

REFUNDS
Please reach out if you seek a refund. Commissions cannot be refunded after I have started work on the commission. If you wish to cancel a commission, please discuss with me about a partial refund for any work not completed.

COMMUNICATION
If delays arise, I will do my best to communicate that.

BLACK LIST POLICY
There are certain actions that will get you added to my personal blacklist. Being added to my blacklist means you will no longer be able to commission me. You will get ONE warning of breaching and being on the edge of blacklisting, and the reason for it, and should you continue you will be added and no further contact will be made with you.ACTIONS THAT WILL ADD YOU TO THE BLACKLIST:
• Constant pestering over progress. (Asking for updates is fine, but hour after hour requests will cause you to be added to the blacklist),
• Asking multiple times for content I do not like or wish to draw,
• Ghosting,
• Attempting to scam,
• Filing a chargeback,
• Misuse of previous commissions/my art in general,
• Harassment and any other type of disrespect towards me and my work,
• Ignoring my terms of service.Once you are added to the blacklist you may eventually be removed, at my discretion and choice. There will be no bargaining or requesting to be removed, I will decide the length of time and whether you will be removed from it. Attempting to circumvent it will result in a permanent blacklist position.

PRIVACY POLICY
I will not use or share your personal information with anyone. The information that is collected will only be used to contact or identify you, nothing more.
I do not employ any third-party companies or individuals, any information you share will be known only to me.Security
I value your trust in providing me your Personal Information, thus I strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.Links to Other Sites
